modelled as a couple wearing oriental clothing and turbans, both seated on stools smoking hussar pipes, the man

holding a money bag and the woman holding a gilt palmette, with blue underglaze factory marks

Condition Report

Both in good condition; the figure of the man with a firing crack at the base and an associated hairline crack extending approximately 2cm. The figure of the woman with minor gilding wear to the base and the fan in her hand.
