Condition Report

The support is sound. Fine craquelure is visible throughout. There are minor frame abrasions along the edge with some minor losses. Dark scuff marks are visible in places to the red background, most notably the horizontal scuff mark along the top right edge. There is a layer of surface dirt with spots of dirt in places. Inspection under UV light reveals no obvious signs of retouching. Held in a painted wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
