The canvas has been strip-lined and is slightly buckling along the top edge. There is craquelure throughout. There are minor frame abrasions along the edges. The surface is covered in a light layer of dirt. Inspection under UV light reveals retouching to the right edge, scattered retouching to the upper right, to the background above the table on the left, to the vase as well as some minor scattered retouching elsewhere. Held in a black wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
