A GILT METAL AND TORTOISESHELL VERGE WATCH
CIRCA 1790
gilt full plate with verge escapement, plain flat three-arm balance, pierced and engraved balance cock, signed Lydia Heritage, Sept 4 1797, white enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, gilt metal inner with gilt metal and tortoiseshell outer, with winding key
diameter 48mm.
