bronze: 40 by 30cm., 15¾ by 11⅞in.

base: 14.5 by 28 by 13.5cm., 5¾ by 11 by 5⅜in.

Condition Report

Overall the condition of the bronze is good, with some wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age, including dust in the crevices. There is a concealed reattachment at the woman's proper right arm. There is a stable original joint or fissure at the centaur's proper right hind leg. There are a few minor nicks and scratches, including at the haunches on the proper right side. There is wear to the lacquer patina, including areas of minor flaking. The bronze leans forward slightly on the base.

There is minor wear to the black marble base.
