With wide margins (the sheet edges very slightly uneven), the print is in good condition apart from handling creases in the margins and some harder creasing in the left margin near top. Very faint mat-stain and a few spots of adhesive stain in the upper and left margins. Two tiny rust flecks on the verso, one showing faintly through in the building at left.
