The complete book, 1964, comprising one lithograph printed in black and ochre, one drypoint, and three aquatints, signed in red crayon by the artist and in blue ink by the author Louis Aragon on the justification, numbered 239/245 (total edition includes 30 copies on japon nacré), on Arches wove paper, with title page, text and reproductions, loose, with the original paper wrappers, contained in original jute covered portfolio, published by Editeurs Français Réunis, Paris (5 prints)

The prints are in good condition, with full margins except the sheets are very slightly toned with some minor traces of surface soiling. The three aquatints with a few very inconspicuous specks of foxing or rust flecks. The title, reproduction and text pages with an occasional minor crease, soft corner, or tiny brown stain. One page with a tiny (9 mm) tear. The portfolio box with spots of wear and the spine splitting slightly at top and bottom.
