Each 48 by 38 in. (121.9 by 96.5 cm.)

Overall framed 51 by 81½ in. (129.5 by 207 cm.)

Condition Report

This diptych is in generally excellent condition. When examined very closely, the following are visible: scattered deposits of original retouching; a few hairline scratches; some scuffs; and a few small impressions. The edges and corners are bumped with occasional chips to the emulsion. On the right panel is a small tear at the lower edge. Each mount is faintly sunned at the periphery of the image.

Each panel is erroneously titled 'Self Portrait (Hand, Three Panels Horizontal II)' in pencil on the reverse of the mounts, as are the Galerie Lelong labels on the reverse of the frames. This work is intended as a diptych and not a triptych.
