Artist: James Rosenquist (1933-2017)

Unframed: 89 x 61 cm (35 x 24 in.)

The New York Film Festival was founded in 1963 by Richard Round and Amos Vogel, with the support of William Schuman, the Lincoln Center president. It is an annual festival held in New York every autumn, and presented by the Film Society of Lincoln Center. It is one of the longest running and most prestigious film festivals in the United States. This poster had a small print-run as it was only used for the one festival.
