Catalogue Note

This British spy film was directed by Martin Ritt and stars Richard Burton, Claire Bloom and Oskar Werner. It is based on the novel of the same name by John le Carré. The film portrays Alec Leamus (Richard Burton), a British agent, who continues with one more mission at the end of the Cold War.

Michel Landi has superbly captured the strong and moody Richard Burton in this unique artwork.
