The canvas is lined, the paint surface is slightly dirty, and the varnish is slightly discoloured. There are no major damages visible to the naked eye. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals scattered spot retouchings in the sky, and retouching to a small damage upper right - a fine, horizontal line 2cm. long. The painting is in overall good condition. Offered in a gesso and gilt wood frame in good condition.
