Condition Report

The paint surface is clean, the paint surface is relatively clean, and the varnish is slightly discoloured. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals a fluorescing varnish underneath which scattered spot retouchings are revealed, most notably in the tree trunk centre, as well as retouching to an old damage just right of the right-most figure, but the painting appears in otherwise good condition. Offered in a plain wooden frame.
