GROUP OF CHILDREN

signed and dated 1968

pencil on paper

25.5 by 35.5cm.; 10 by 14in

The sheet has been laid down onto a backing board, which is in turn adhered to a mount. There is a faint crease to the paper on the lower right corner, largely not visible in the present mount. There are one or two possible faint scuffs in the lower left quadrant. There may be some faint handling marks to the edges in one or two places. There are a small number of spots of staining, largely to the lower right quadrant, with mount staining to the edges and possible faint time staining to the sheet. There may be evidence of very minor discolouration due to an old adhesive to the upper edge, towards the upper right corner, only visible upon very close inspection. There may be light surface dirt in places. This excepting, the work appears in very good overall condition.

The work is window mounted and held behind glass in a painted wooden frame.
