PORTRAIT OF NI POLLOK

Charcoal, pastel and watercolor on paper

Signed

Image: 36 by 26.5 cm; 14 by 10¼ in.

Framed: 57 by 47 cm; 22½ by 18½ in.

This work is in good overall condition as viewed. There is evidence of some light wear, discoloration to the paper and creasing along the edges of the work due to abrasions with the matt board, but this does not affect the overall image as it is mostly covered by the matt board itself. There is some light creasing and faint fox marks to the paper, but this is consistent with the age of the work and the nature of the medium. There is a small tear at the bottom edge of the work. Please note that this work has not been examined unframed. Framed, under plexi glass.
