Property from the Collection of the Late Robert Heller
signed, dated indistinctly 87 and numbered 1/6
length: 110cm.; 43¼in.
Conceived in 1987, the present work is number 1 from the edition of 6.
The sculpture appears sound. The surface is extremely uneven and pitted, in keeping with the Artist's working methods. There is some rubbing, particularly to the side of the head and ears, and in one or two places elsewhere. There are some small flecks of oxidation in places. There are some probable casting imperfections to the back right leg, with some probable more minor instances elsewhere. There is some surface matter and dirt throughout, particularly to the top of the head and back of the animal. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.
The work is freestanding.
