Condition Report

The board appears sound. There is a very small nick to the lower edge with a few instances of very minor abrasion to the extreme edges in places with possible associated tiny specks of loss. There are instances of very small accretions within the paint surface in places, flecks of staining, visible upon close inspection, and some light surface dirt in places. This excepting, the work appears in very good overall condition.

Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals scattered spots of fluorescence to the work, some of which may be in line with the Artist's working methods and some of which may be retouching. Any retouching has been very sensitively executed.

The work is floated and held behind glass in a painted wooden frame.
