Condition Report

The canvas is original. There is some rubbing to the extreme edges, most notably in the extreme upper left corner. There is a pattern of reticulation in the black pigment in the central panel of the composition. There is also some reticulation in the black pigment in the lower left-hand quadrant towards the left edge and some further reticulation in the dark blue pigment towards the lower centre of the central panel, as well as some in the dark green pigment towards the left hand edge. There is also some possible reticulation in the yellow pigment in the central panel, however, this is only visible upon very close inspection. There are some accretions in the paint surface, and some light surface dirt and dust. This excepting, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.

Upon inspection under ultra violet light, there is fluorescence in keeping with the Artist's working methods and intentions.

The work is held within a simple painted wooden frame.
