PAIR OF MOTHER-OF-PEARL AND TURQUOISE 'LUCKY ALHAMBRA' EARCLIPS AND TURQUOISE RING, VAN CLEEF & ARPELS, FRANCE

The earclips composed of quatrefoil mother-of-pearl surmounts suspending turquoise butterfly motifs, signed VCA, numbered BL 168451, with French assay and workshop marks; the coordinating ring set with a turquoise butterfly motif, size 6¾, signed VCA, numbered BL 260384 54, with French assay and workshop mark. Earclips fitted with posts; with signed box.

Condition Report

In good condition, with little wear to the mountings, the ring shank with very minor surface scratches. The earclips inscribed OR 750, the ring 750, for 18 karat (white) gold. The mother-of-pearl in good condition, with strong iridescence. The turquoises well-matched in color, a light greenish blue color, with no visible matrix. Earclip length approximately 1¾ inch.
