Executed on cream wove paper. The upper edge is unevenly cut. The sheet exhibits a slight undulation throughout. The colors present nicely and the medium is well-preserved, most notably in the blue pigments of the houses. There is a minor nick to the upper half of the left edge. There are extremely minor spots of foxing throughout the sheet, most notable to the pigments in the sky. This work is in good condition.
