Condition Report

(I) This work is in very good condition overall. The canvas is unlined and well-stretched. A minor 1/4 inch indentation to the canvas is present in the upper left extreme corner. The colors are vibrant, and the media layer is stable. In the lower right quadrant, two minor 1/4 inch beige surface accretions are present. Under ultraviolet light inspection, a very fine band of fluorescence becomes apparent along each of the extreme edges of the canvas.

(II) This work is in very good condition overall. The canvas is unlined and well-stretched. The colors are vibrant, and the media layer is stable. Under raking light inspection, a varnish becomes apparent. Under ultraviolet light inspection, a 1/2-inch wide band of fluorescence becomes apparent along the left and lower extreme edges of the painting, but does not interfere with the signature.
