NOTWITHSTANDING THIS REPORT OR ANY DISCUSSIONS CONCERNING CONDITION OF A LOT, ALL LOTS ARE OFFERED AND SOLD "AS IS" IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS OF SALE PRINTED IN THE CATALOGUE.

With full margins, the prints are in good condition except the colors are attenuated. A few sheets with an occasional crease, the largest approx. 90 mm in upper left corner of 'Sunset and Evening Shoe', or a pale unobtrusive speck of staining. (Most with some traces of stray ink, minor surface soiling and a tiny rust fleck.) 'Shoe and Leg' with creases throughout and a 11 mm hard crease at top sheet edge at center. The portfolio cover with a 17 mm tear at bottom sheet edge and a 5 mm tear at top sheet edge, both along the fold.
