Chancery folio (290 x 208mm.), 326 leaves, A4 a-z [con] [rum] A-O8 P6 Q4, 59 lines plus headline, roman type, woodcut initials, woodcut printer's device at end, early annotations, modern stamped calf, slipcase, lacking text on a4v-a5r (the text of Suetonius supplied in early manuscript, but not the commentary), first few leaves and last leaf slightly stained, tightly bound
