2 parts in one volume, folio (300 x 215mm.), Part I: 292 leaves (of 308, lacking tables of contents and biblical quotations), [*10 **6] a10 b–x8 y6 z [et] aa–ll8 mm–nn6; part II: 322 leaves, [*8 **6 ***] A–Z AA–NN8 OO–PP6, double column, 65 lines plus headline, gothic type, initial spaces, occasional manuscript marginal notes and corrections and nota signs, including maniculae, in brown ink by two early readers, modern limp vellum with alum-tawed ties, edges mottled in blue and yellow, some repaired wormholes with slight loss of text at end
