2 volumes in one, 8vo (166 x 102mm.), contemporary brown calf with the arms of Jacques-Auguste de Thou and his first wife Marie de Barbançon-Cany on covers [Olivier 216 fer 5] and their IAM monogram [Olivier 216 fer 6] in spine compartments, spine neatly repaired at head and foot


The first volume contains a printed dedicatory letter to de Thou.
