to Leopold Walter Sachs, nephew of Leopold Sachs Edler von Sachsenhall, Imperial Councillor, Vice-President of the Austrian Northwest Steamboat-Shipping Company, Knight of the Imperial Order of the Iron Cross, Third Class, 7 pages, folio (37 x 27.5cm), on vellum, calligraphic manuscript highlighted in red, silver and gold, countersigned by Minister of the Interior Dr. Carl Freiherr von Heinold von Udinsky and Imperial Councillor Felix Freiherr von Wiedersperg, printed borders, manuscript coat of arms signed by F. Junginger, velvet folder, silk doublures, gilt imperial arms to upper cover, pendant seal in gilt brass capsule, custom-made metal box, Vienna, 4 June 1913
