4 volumes, folio (415 x 262mm.), title within woodcut border, woodcut headpieces, text in Hebrew, later Spanish marbled calf, flat spines gilt with red morocco lettering-pieces ("Biblia Sacra Rabbinica"), red edges, some browning, bindings slightly rubbed and scraped

Buxtorf's edition of the Biblia Rabbinica appeared with the date 1618, 1619 and 1620. It contains not just the Hebrew text of the Bible but also Aramaic Targums and later biblical commentaries written in Hebrew.
