A PAIR OF HONGMU STOOLS
QING DYNASTY, 19TH CENTURY
of mitered, mortise and tenon frame construction, above a straight waist and simple apron, supported on legs of square section, joined by arched stretchers and terminating in hoof feet
each 45.5 by 45.6 by 50.7 cm, 18 by 18 by 20 in.
The stools are in good condition with the exception of several areas of staining to the top of each.
