the flat arched jade carved and incised to each side to depict a stylised feline, with large bulging eyes and powerful jaws, pierced for suspension, the jade a yellowish-green tone with darker patches
Width 12 cm, 4¾ in.
The tiger plaque is in good condition. It should be noted that the colour of the jade is of a slightly more olive tone than the catalogue illustration would suggest.
