the smiling boy depicted holding a gnarled branch with a bird resting atop; together with a mottled grey and white jade boy carved holding an elongated lotus stem
Height 7.3 and 6.9 cm, 2⅞ and 2¾ in.
The celadon jade boy is in good condition. The actual colour is less green and yellow, more of a celadon tone compared to the catalogue illustration; The mottled grey and white jade boy has some nicks to the surface and natural flaws to the stone.
