carved with deep rounded sides rising from a short foot to a flared rim, set with two chilong clambering on each side forming the handles, the stone of a mottled celadon colour marked with russet striations
Width across handles 15.8 cm, 6¼ in.
The cup is in very good condition. It should be noted that the stone is of a slightly greener tone than the catalogue illustration would suggest.
