Centering an octagonal-shaped ruby weighing 5.01 carats, flanked by two half-moon-shaped diamonds, highlighted with round diamonds, size 6¼, signed Nardi.
Accompanied by AGL report no. 1103457 dated September 9, 2019 stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with indications of heating, clarity enhancement: insignificant.
Accompanied by GRS report no. GRS2005-050977 dated May 25, 2005 stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin.
In good condition, the mounting with signs of light wear, noticeable only upon close inspection. Mounting is stamped Plat and 18k. Mounting is also stamped 501 referring to the weight of the ruby, and 064 referring to the weight of the diamonds. The ruby is medium deep slightly purplish red, eye clean but slightly included under 10x magnification. The diamonds, stated to weigh 0.64 carat are approximately G-H color, VS clarity. Accompanied by AGL report no. 1103457 dated September 9, 2019 stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with indications of heating, clarity enhancement: insignificant. Accompanied by GRS report no. GRS2005-050977 dated May 25, 2005 stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin.
