the octagonal bowl with indented, everted rim, the exterior depicting horses among chrysanthemums and grasses, the interior with ho-o [phoenix] roundels and panels of chrysanthemums, the rim with tasseled scrolls, decorated in iron-red, green, yellow, blue and black enamels, chocolate rim
24 cm., 9½ in. wide
- Overall, this is in good condition, however there are some kiln soot marks in the base of the interior.
- There is also some glaze pulling in three of the panels.
