8vo (5 5/8 x 8 1/4 in.; 146 x 210 mm). Woodcut title device by T. Sturge Moore, colophon printed in red; minor toning, one or two stray spots. Blue paper covered boards, upper board printed in black, linen spine, paper label to spine, blue endpapers; some toning to spine, chips to label. In custom blue and cream colored linen clamshell case.  


First edition, one of 350 copies, printed on paper made in Ireland
