One of the most respected wine professionals in America, Rajat Parr began his career as an apprentice to acclaimed Sommelier, Larry Stone. As wine director for The Mina Group, Rajat strove to find perfect pairings across a vast range of cuisines, earning acclaim for his deep knowledge of wines and for his exceptional palate. In 2010, Parr released his first book, Secrets of the Sommeliers, and launched a second career as a winemaker with his new label, Sandhi Wines.
