Original unlined condition. The surface is visibly dirty. Craquelure is faintly visible across the picture surface. Scattered frame abrasion at the edges. Under UV: heavy old varnish fluoresces green and in a streaky manner, which makes a review of the surface somewhat challenging. However, there are a few small dots of inpainting on the armoire at right; brushier small areas of inpainting in the lower right quadrant; and some isolated areas of inpainting to address prior frame abrasion along the left and upper edges. Ready to hang in its current state.
