Wax lined. The work is in fair condition aside from scattered craquelure and pigment separation and pin dot losses to the right of the girl's proper right hand. An old repair is visible on the outline of the chair at center right. Under UV: varnish fluoresces green. Small retouches to the girl's proper right ear and hair and scattered in the background. Faint inpainting to aforementioned repair. Brushier inpainting visible at the edges. Ready to hang in its current state.
