Property from the Collection of Lloyd and Barbara Macklowe
engraved 779T L.C.T. Favrile
14 in. (35.6 cm) high
Overall in very good condition. The exterior surfaces of the vase are brilliantly iridized, and when viewed firsthand, the vase displays a brilliant range of jewel tone hues over a vibrant apple green ground. The glass with some scattered extremely minor and fine surface scratches consistent with age and handling. The glass with some scattered minor surface irregularities and air bubbles inherent in the making. The neck of the vase with some minor trapped debris and traces of surface soiling, only visible upon close inspection. A dynamic and graceful work with finely articulated decoration and superb coloration.
