'NYC FROM NBI FILMING THE DEAD MAN'S WALLET BOOK'
a unique object, signed, titled, and dated in white ink, extensively illustrated with blood and ink on the image, framed, 1986
9⅞ by 12⅝ in. (25.1 by 32.1 cm.)
This unique object is in generally excellent condition. As is common with Peter Beard's photographs as a result of his working process, there are creases and tears, some losses at the edges, faint surface scratches, soiling, and occasional fingerprints. None of these detracts from the overall fine appearance of this print. The reverse cannot be fully inspected as the print is adhered to a backing board along the upper edge on the reverse. The number '14' is written and circled three times in pencil in an unidentified hand on the reverse.
