₼ This lot is subject to a right of first refusal held by a third party (the “Holder”), who may bid on the lot. If the Holder is the successful bidder, any amount due to the Holder under the right of first refusal shall be netted against the Holder’s obligation to pay the full purchase price for the lot. The purchase price reported shall be net of any such amount due. The amount due to the Holder shall be the difference between the hammer price plus buyer’s premium and any applicable tax calculated on (i) the Holder’s successful bid and (ii) on the accepted underbid, if any, immediately preceding the Holder’s successful bid.
