There is some minor wear to the corners and edges and some scattered soft creases to the sheet, visible upon close inspection. There is minor lifting along the edges and at the corners, visible upon close inspection. There are a few scattered tears to the edges, most notably along the left edge and at the upper left corner, inherent to the artist's working method and visible upon close inspection. Unframed.

“They could represent watchmen or danger or the shadows of a human body after a nuclear holocaust or even my own shadow. But what makes them exciting is the power of the viewer’s imagination. It’s that split-second experience when you see the figure that matters.”
- Richard Hambleton
