Condition Report

This work is in fair condition overall. The canvas is slightly loose on the strainer. There are scattered drying, mechanical, and raised cracks throughout, due to the artists chosen media. There are scattered losses throughout, some revealing the underlying paint layer, most notably in the central upper edge, the upper left edge and upper right edge. Under ultraviolet light, there are areas of inpainting most notably along the left edge to the left of the figures head and in the black passage in the upper right quadrant. Framed without glazing.
