'MAN AND WIFE'
signed, titled, and dated in ink in the margin, 1941
12⅛ by 9 in. (30.8 by 22.9 cm.)
This print, on semi-glossy Agfa paper is in generally very good to excellent condition. The signature, title, and date are faded and the paper is yellowed overall. In raking light, the following are visible: a few handling creases that do not appear to break the emulsion and scattered deposits of original retouching.
There is a short, superficial scratch in the lower left margin corner and scattered adhesive residue in the margins overall. The reverse is faintly soiled and there are tape remnants along three of the edges.
When viewed in ultraviolet light, this print appears to fluoresce.
