'FROM TRI-BORO BRIDGE'
signed, titled, and dated in pencil and with the photographer's stamp on the reverse, framed, 1938
14 by 11 in. (35.4 by 27.8 cm.)
This photograph is in generally excellent condition. Upon close inspection in raking light, the following is visible: a few small deposits of original retouching, and some minor silvering in the upper and left edges of the black margins. The upper margin edge is very gently rippled, and there is minor edge and corner wear.
There are scattered fingerprints on the reverse. The photographer's stamp on the reverse reads 'Frank Navara / 29 Cambridge Circle / Lakehurst, NJ 08733.'
When examined under ultraviolet light, the front of this photograph does not appear to fluoresce. When the reverse of the photograph is examined under ultraviolet light, the fingerprints appear to fluoresce and the extreme edges of the print may fluoresce faintly.
