8vo (195 x 126mm.), first edition, without the rare frontispiece as usual in most copies, LARGE COPY, UNCUT AND UNOPENED IN THE ORIGINAL TAN WRAPPERS, early owner's ink inscription on upper wrapper ("1st Edition Uncut Scarce | original wrappers."), preserved in red cloth chemise and quarter red morocco slipcase, spine previously nearly repaired, slight tear along spine, some small nicks, creases and soiling to wrappers

VERY RARE IN THE ORIGINAL WRAPPERS.
