4to (11 1/2 x 7 5/8 in.; 292 x 193 mm). 8 photogravures from photographs by Mapplethorpe printed on handmade etching paper. Full red morocco by the Jovonis Bindery, spine and upper cover lettered in black. Black buckram slipcase; minimal wear.
