An inconspicuous flattened crease extends from the upper right corner to the lower sheet edge near center and there is diagonal crease in the upper left corner. Two small remnants of paper tape at upper sheet edge, with associated minor skinned spots. A band of hinging tape along the upper and lower sheet edges on the verso.
