OLYMPIC GAMES IN A DEMI-LUNE
oil and pencil on canvas
65¾ x 110 in.; 167 x 279 cm
The work is in very good condition. The canvas is not lined. There is some hairline craquelure to areas with the thickest pigments. There is a nailhead sized area of pigment loss to the lower left corner. The surface of the canvas is slightly dirty in areas outside the demi-lune. There are very minor undulations to the canvas along the edges. Under UV inspection, no inpainting is apparent.
