A MUGHAL SILVER-THREAD BED-ROLL, INDIA, 18TH CENTURY
composed of silver-thread strips woven in a cross-hatch design with fine copper interwoven within
180.5 by 100.5cm.
With creasing folds throughout, one loose thread to center, very few minor knicks to some threads and later stitched onto textile backing, not seen from reverse as mounted, as viewed.
