Arabic manuscript on paper, 11 leaves plus 2 fly-leaves, 13 lines to the page, the text written in black naskh divided into two sections alternating with 3 lines of gold thuluth, ruled in orange, green, gold and black, verses separated by gold and polychrome pointed gold roundels, 1 surah heading in white against a gold ground within a cartouche ruled in orange, ashr verse markers in gold, f.1b with a polychrome and gold heading (‘unwan), incomplete, in leather gilt binding, with flap
36.4 by 23.7cm.
In generally good condition, the margins are clean and have been restored as well as the inside of the spine, stains and smudges, minor losses, as viewed.
