A GOLD TORQUE, CIRCA 3RD/1ST CENTURY B.C., OR LATER 


of penannular form with pear-shaped terminals, partially twisted collar, and spiral ornaments.

Width 14.3 cm.; weight 230 gr.

said to have been found in northwestern Spain in 1869

Leo Biaggi de Blasys (1906-1979), Lugano, acquired in the 1950s/1960s

by descent to the present owner
